TICKETS

Tickets can be bought from the link in our bio, www.officialevents.uk or on Fatsoma.com

Fatsoma will send your ticket attached to the purchase receipt to the email you used to purchase the ticket. Alternatively, you can download the Fatsoma app where you can easily access your purchased tickets under the ‘orders’ section in the profile tab.

Don’t worry the name on the ticket doesn’t matter, we just need a clear barcode to scan. This means you can buy tickets for you and your friends without any hassle.

No refunds will be given if you are refused entry to an event or can no longer attend the event. This also applies to purchasing too many tickets.

If an act cancels or can no longer perform at the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you
will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to an Official event and not an artist specific show.

If the venue or the event date must change for reasons beyond our control, you will not be
entitled to a refund, but your ticket(s) will be valid for any rescheduled date or venue.

Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled and there is no prospect of it being
rescheduled.

We strongly advise not to purchase a second-hand ticket from anyone, there has been multiple occasions ticket holders have been scammed as they are given ‘fake tickets’ or the tickets have been sold to multiple people. We recommend only purchasing tickets directly from Fatsoma or www.officialevents.uk as no refunds shall be given and you will not be permitted entry.

Download the Fatsoma app and log in / create account with the incorrect email and your ticket will be on the app to scan.

The best way to stay up to date about ticket releases is by following the event page on Fatsoma! When tickets are released, you will receive an email and app notification reminding you to buy!

EVENTS

Event finish times vary between events and venues. Please check your tickets or the event page on Fatsoma to see the specific end time.

No big bags are allowed within our venues, smaller bags may be acceptable at the venues discretion and all bags will be search thoroughly before entry to the venues.

All images will be uploaded to our Facebook page @officialeventsbath or posted on our Instagram @officialeventsuk.

Contact the venue as they should be able to advice you if anything has been found.

Both Komedia and Moles have cloakrooms in operation during our events. Other venues may not so please bare this in mind before coming.

All our Official Event’s staff will have branded merch on at the events! Feel free to approach them and ask any questions you may have – they will be able to at least point you in the right direction!

Please contact the venue prior to arrival with any questions RE ID. Generally, Driving Licenses, Passports and Citizen cards are widely accepted, however, if you have any further enquiries, please contact the venue. Physical copies of ID are essential.
